For your convenience, please find below our rack rates to get an overview of our pricing. We would like to mention that we use a channel manager system to ensure these prices are exactly equal to those from online travel agents such as booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc and we do offer free airport pickup when booking directly with us.

Kindly note that the above mentioned prices are rack rates only, for 2 pax, are subject to 10% VAT and include following:

• All day long a la carte breakfast
• 1 time one hour sunset cruise
• Wifi
• Bicycle use
• Soft drinks in minibar
• Welcome drinks
• TV on demand

Cancellation policy:

• If canceled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If canceled or modified later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Payment policy:

• You are welcome to pay cash in LAK, USD and THB.
• Credit card payment will be charged with 2.5 % for Mastercard and Visa, Amex with 4%
